How refunds work for credit purchases on Taki Translate.
Refund window
You can request a full refund of any credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Request your refund at paddle.net using the email address of your purchase, or write to us at takitranslate@gmail.com and we will handle it for you.
After the refund
The money is returned to the original payment method. The credits from the refunded purchase are removed from your account; if you already used part of them, only your remaining balance is removed.
Failed translations
Credits spent on a translation that fails are returned to your balance automatically, without needing to request it.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
