• The user declares to be the rights holder or have authorization to translate and/or edit uploaded content.
• Generated translation and editing is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Taki Translate is not responsible for third-party claims related to copyright or intellectual property.

4. User Content

• The user is solely responsible for content uploaded, translated, or edited within the platform.
• Taki Translate reserves the right to delete content that violates these terms or may generate legal conflicts, without prior notice.

5. Content Editing

• Editing tools offered by Taki Translate are optional and intended to facilitate adaptation of translated text.
• Taki Translate does not guarantee that edits will be perfect, exact, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• Taki Translate does not guarantee 100% exact translations or perfect cultural adaptations.
• We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages derived from service use.
• The user assumes full responsibility for the use of translated or edited content.
