Welcome to Taki Translate. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Taki Translate is an online platform that allows comic translation and, additionally, offers text and/or graphic content editing tools related to such translations.
The service may include automatic translations, assisted translations, and/or edits made by the user.
2. Permitted Use
The user agrees to:
- Use the service only for legal and legitimate purposes.
- Not upload, translate, or edit content that is illegal, offensive, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Not use the platform for fraudulent or malicious activities.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- Taki Translate does not claim authorship of comic, texts, or images uploaded by users.
- The user declares to be the rights holder or have authorization to translate and/or edit uploaded content.
- Generated translation and editing is the sole responsibility of the user.
- Taki Translate is not responsible for third-party claims related to copyright or intellectual property.
4. User Content
- The user is solely responsible for content uploaded, translated, or edited within the platform.
- Taki Translate reserves the right to delete content that violates these terms or may generate legal conflicts, without prior notice.
5. Content Editing
- Editing tools offered by Taki Translate are optional and intended to facilitate adaptation of translated text.
- Taki Translate does not guarantee that edits will be perfect, exact, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
- Taki Translate does not guarantee 100% exact translations or perfect cultural adaptations.
- We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages derived from service use.
- The user assumes full responsibility for the use of translated or edited content.
7. Service Availability
Taki Translate reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or interrupt the service totally or partially.
- Update functions or remove tools without prior notice.
8. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on the site.
9. Privacy
Use of the site implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy, where personal data treatment is detailed.
10. Applicable Legislation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and any conflict will be submitted to competent courts.

12. Prevailing Language
In case of discrepancy between the translated versions of these Terms and Conditions and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
13. Seller, payments and Merchant of Record
Taki Translate is operated by Rodrigo Milesi, Argentina, Buenos Aires, La Matanza, Alvear 3136. When you buy credits, you contract with us for the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Credits are sold as one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
14. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.
15. Intellectual property, infringement reports and suspension
Taki Translate retains all rights to the service and its software. You keep the rights you hold over the content you upload and over the translated images you export.
If you believe content processed on Taki Translate infringes your rights, write to takitranslate@gmail.com identifying the content and your rights; we will review the report and remove the content when appropriate. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated infringement.
